淄博華星變速傳動機械廠成立于1994年4月，占地16500平方米，現(xiàn)有員工120人其中具有高級技術(shù)職稱的5人中級技術(shù)職稱的8人，并于2000年順利通過了ISO9001體系認證。我廠是山東華福集團公司（原淄博工業(yè)搪瓷廠）的骨干企業(yè)，主要從事減速機系列產(chǎn)品及攪拌傳動裝置的開發(fā)、設(shè)計和制造廣泛的應(yīng)用于機械、化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、石油、環(huán)保、筑路工程、有色金屬等行業(yè)。企業(yè)主要產(chǎn)品有：螺旋椎齒輪減速機、硬齒面K系列減速機、斜齒輪R系列減速機、擺線針輪減速機、圓錐圓柱齒輪減速機、減速機支架、聯(lián)軸器以及各種形式的攪拌器、常壓容器等。
我廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量過硬，性能可靠，規(guī)格齊全，用途廣泛，暢銷國內(nèi)30多個省、市、自治區(qū)，并已出口到美國、韓國、印度、哈薩克斯坦、臺灣等國家和地區(qū)，與中國石油大慶石化公司、中國石化勝利油田有限公司、中國石化齊魯分公司、中國海洋石油總公司（CNOOC）、撫順油田、北京礦冶研究總院、湖南省交通科學研究院、巴斯夫催化劑（南京）有限公司、東岳集團、山東新華制藥股份有限公司、山東魯陽股份有限公司、兗州煤業(yè)股份有限公司等國內(nèi)大型企業(yè)建立了長期合作關(guān)系。我廠于一九九五年研制的螺旋椎齒輪減速機，屬國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，采用格里森齒制，齒面經(jīng)滲碳淬火，接觸強度高、過載能力強、壽命長、機械效率高、噪聲低、整機性能遠優(yōu)于擺線針輪減速機和渦輪蝸桿減速機，可實現(xiàn)大扭矩、大速比傳動，噪音低，絕不漏油，已取得國家專利。
