深圳市瑞龍機箱制造有限公司的機箱生產(chǎn)業(yè)務開始于2000年，主營各類中高檔標準和非標五金機箱的設計和生產(chǎn)；公司現(xiàn)駐于深圳市寶安區(qū)石巖水田，有生產(chǎn)廠房兩千平方，員工50人，擁有數(shù)控沖床、數(shù)控加工中心、數(shù)控折彎機等現(xiàn)代化金屬加工設備，我們已經(jīng)通過了ISO9001:2008的質(zhì)量管理體系認證，年產(chǎn)機箱能力10多萬臺套，歡迎各行業(yè)有需求的客戶來圖來樣訂做機箱。

本公司根據(jù)客戶圖紙訂做各種款式的機箱，也可協(xié)助客戶完成結(jié)構(gòu)設計。
按行業(yè)劃分，我們合作過的有：有線電視行業(yè)、光傳輸行業(yè)、通信行業(yè)、安防行業(yè)、服務器網(wǎng)絡行業(yè)、金融行業(yè)、電腦工控行業(yè)、電力行業(yè)、廣告行業(yè)、LED光顯示行業(yè)、醫(yī)療器材行業(yè)等；
按產(chǎn)品用途劃分，我們的產(chǎn)品有：光發(fā)射機機箱、光接收機機箱、光放大器機箱、數(shù)字前端機箱、調(diào)制器機箱、光端機機箱、光交換機機箱、光波分機箱、光分路器機箱、ONU機箱、無線通信基站機箱、近端和遠端機箱、服務器機箱、防火墻機箱、工控機箱、數(shù)字視頻機箱、無線智能抄表系統(tǒng)機箱、司法系統(tǒng)視頻攝錄機箱、電力控制機箱、廣告機機箱、安防矩陣插箱、廣電集成前端插箱、2U光纖收發(fā)器插箱、電力控制插箱、調(diào)制解調(diào)器插箱等；

機箱使用的材料有：鋁合金板材、冷軋鋼板、鍍鋅（覆鋁鋅）鋼板、電解鋼板，常用厚度從0.8MM—6.0MM;
機箱產(chǎn)品的表面處理方式有：拉絲氧化、噴砂氧化、噴油漆（烤漆）、噴粉（噴塑），顏色可以由客戶喜歡而確定；
我們自備有十多款1U和2U面板鋁型材和八款相應的機箱拉手配套組合供客戶選用，客戶可以省去很多前期開發(fā)的成本。
