圓柱蝸桿、蝸輪參數(shù)的匹配和標(biāo)記方法

A1蝸桿、蝸輪參數(shù)的匹配
采用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定中心距的ZA、ZN、ZI和ZK蝸桿傳動,其蝸桿和蝸輪的參數(shù)匹配按表A1的規(guī)定。
A2蝸桿、蝸輪及其傳動的尺寸規(guī)格的標(biāo)記方法
A2.1標(biāo)記內(nèi)容
蝸桿的標(biāo)記內(nèi)容包括:蝸桿的類型(ZA、ZN、ZI、ZK),模數(shù)m,分度圓直徑d1,螺旋方向(右旋:R或左旋:L),頭數(shù)z1。
蝸輪的標(biāo)記內(nèi)容包括:相配蝸桿的類型(ZA、ZN、ZI、ZK),模數(shù)m,齒數(shù)z2。
蝸桿傳動的標(biāo)記方法用分式表示,其中分子為蝸桿的代號,分母為蝸輪齒數(shù)z2。
A2.2標(biāo)記示例
A2.2.1齒形為N1,齒形角αn為20°,模數(shù)為10mm,分度圓直徑為90mm,頭數(shù)為2的右旋圓柱蝸桿;齒數(shù)為80的蝸輪,以及由它們組成的圓柱蝸桿傳動。則
蝸桿標(biāo)記為:蝸桿ZN110×90R2;
蝸桿標(biāo)記為:蝸桿ZN110×80;
蝸桿傳動標(biāo)記為:
或 蝸桿傳動ZN110×90R2/80。
A2.2.2對ZK蝸桿,除A2.2.1規(guī)定的標(biāo)記內(nèi)容外,還應(yīng)注明刀具直徑d0。若用直徑為500mm砂輪磨削的ZK1蝸桿,則
蝸桿標(biāo)記為:蝸桿ZK1×90R2-500;
蝸輪標(biāo)記為:蝸輪ZN110×80;
蝸桿傳動標(biāo)記為:
或 蝸桿傳動ZN110×90R2-500/80。
A2.2.3當(dāng)齒形角不是20°,若為15°時,則
蝸桿標(biāo)記為:蝸桿ZN110×90R2×15°
或 蝸桿ZN110×90R2×15°-500;
蝸輪標(biāo)記為:蝸輪ZN110×80×15°
或蝸輪ZN110×80×15°;
蝸桿傳動標(biāo)記為:
或 蝸桿傳動ZN110×90R2×15°/80;
或 蝸桿傳動ZK110×90R2×15°-500/80。
