首先按減速器機(jī)械許用輸入功率PIP選用。如果減速器的實(shí)際輸入轉(zhuǎn)速與承載能力表中的四檔(1500、1000、750、600)轉(zhuǎn)速之某一檔轉(zhuǎn)速相對(duì)誤差不超過(guò)4%,可按該檔轉(zhuǎn)速下的許用功率選用相應(yīng)規(guī)格的減速器;如果轉(zhuǎn)速相對(duì)誤差超過(guò)4%,則應(yīng)按實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速折算減速器的許用功率選用,然后校核減速器熱平衡許用功率;如入出軸承受徑向載荷(除轉(zhuǎn)矩外),應(yīng)校核軸伸安全系數(shù)。
